AVT EZ Valve® Toolkit

The AVT EZ Valve Toolkit enables safe and efficient installation of the award-winning AVT EZ Valve, an inline insertion valve. The innovative EM (end milling) machine is the only one of its type on the market that mills a 120° slot across the pipe rather than cutting a coupon or removing a section of pipe.

How does the AVT EZ Valve work?

The valve uses an integral isolation gate, which when operated after a slot has been milled across the pipe, allows the EM (end milling) machine to be removed and the resilient wedge installed. This process means the valve can be installed on a live line while the water is flowing.
