ClockSpring|NRI, the leading high-performance critical infrastructure solutions company, has put in place policies and guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff, customers and business partners during the evolving Coronavirus pandemic.
We understand our customers manage critical infrastructure that cannot be shut down and that our products and services are essential for the continued operation of these high consequence assets. ClockSpring|NRI has put in place a business continuity plan to ensure we are able to continue to process orders and deliver critical services. We are working to ensure our manufacturing facilities continue to operate to meet our customers’ needs.
With the health and safety of our team our highest priority, we are creating operational teams to work separately in shifts; supplying additional gloves, masks and other protective wear to our operations teams; and implementing additional precautions when receiving shipments and interacting with suppliers delivering materials.
We have instructed our customer-facing teams to avoid in-person meetings and utilize phone and video conferencing whenever possible. We are limiting our travel and respecting our customers’ corresponding health and safety policies. Our non-operations employees are being given the opportunity to work from home.
We will, of course, comply with any directives from government officials, and we are closely monitoring directives throughout all the countries in which we operate to remain on top of the evolving information. We are confident that the plans we are putting in place will safeguard our staff, customers and business partners, while also ensuring we continue to supply products and services needed to keep the world’s critical infrastructure assets operational.
