SteelWrap™ is a unique, uni-directional, ultra-high-modulus carbon fiber fabric that is saturated with SteelWrap™ Epoxy and primer system to create an exceptionally strong composite for repairing dents, gouges, wrinkle bends, and cracks. It addresses deterioration as well as corrosion under insulation (CUI), metal loss, pitting, and cracking on steel members, steel plate on tanks, decks, and hulls, increasing the stiffening/load capacity with less weight than steel.

This solution delivers a lightweight material with a modulus and strength higher than that of steel. It is easy to install, requiring no welding, hot work, or shutdowns and requires less equipment than steel repairs.
