Traditionally, installing valves requires cutting out a section of pipe, inserting line stops to prevent excessive water loss, and then installing a new pipe section with the valve. Insertion valves, however, offer a modern solution—they can be installed without shutting off the water flow.

AVT EZ Valves feature integrated isolation gates. After a slot is milled across the pipe, the gate closes, enabling removal of the low-profile end milling machine and installation of the bonnet with a resilient wedge—all while maintaining water flow.
