Delivering EZ Valve Installation Training and Education

AVT’s EZ Valve has proven to be one of the most trusted insertion valves on the market. The main reason for its popularity is the EZ Valve’s innovative design and high-quality manufacturing along with the world-leading EZ Valve installation training. 

Supporting the EZ Valve’s success is our emphasis on EZ Valve installation training and proper education. We are also the first insertion valve manufacturer to develop a certified installer database.

AVT’s two-step training program utilizes an online training portal that introduces the valve and components, along with the propriety installation process. Utilizing individual login credentials, installers can access the portal at any point to refresh their knowledge and skills.

After the online training is completed, the new installer attends a one-day face-to-face training course delivered by an experienced AVT installation Training Master. The learner has the option to attend training at our Chicago facility, or in the field.

The AVT EZ Valve is available in sized 1.5" to 24".

    2. Pre-installation including:

    • Parts overview
    • Pipe access

    3. Installation process including:

    • Pipe preparation
    • Mounting the valve
    • Pressure testing
    • Cutting the pipe
    • Installing the bonnet

    4. Operation & Maintenance including:

    • Equipment maintenance
    • Equipment Storage

    5. Process Safety & Assurance including:

    • Risk assessment
    • PPE
    • Safe working practices

    We recommend all installers are re-certified each year to ensure they are kept up to date with any product improvements and changes.
