Blue Water Construction Services was established nearly two decades ago and has grown over the years to deliver a range of services including Line Stops, Wet/Hot Tapping, Leak Detecting, System Monitoring, Service Tapping, Pressure Testing, Utility Line Location, Pipelayer Mechanics and of course the distribution and installation of the AVT EZ Valve.

Blue Water is owned and operated by D. Michael Rhodes and Matthew Rhodes. D. Michael Rhodes has over 30 years of experience in the construction and excavation industries, which included tapping water and sewer lines ranging in size from ¾” to 18”. Over the years, he has passed that experience and knowledge onto his son, Matthew Rhodes.

Matthew Rhodes started working around the excavation industry at the age of 13 during the summers and on weekends. In the spring of 2003, he joined Blue Water Construction Services’ workforce. The following January, he was made a principal of the company.
