Pradhyumna Ingle brings over 25 years of global leadership in building and leading high-performing businesses and teams, market expansion, and digital business models. Since joining Henkel in 2001, he has held multiple international leadership roles in B2B and B2B2C markets and currently serves as Senior Vice President for Henkel’s General Manufacturing & Maintenance SBU and heads its Critical Infrastructure & MRO business globally. Based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Pradhyumna has also lived and worked in Singapore, Shanghai, Pune, and Bangalore. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain, and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore. Pradhyumna volunteers with social service organizations in India such as, Garje Marathi Global Foundation, Deepstambh Manobal Foundation, and Deesha Foundation.
